Megacable Announces New Chief Financial And Administrative Officer
MEGACABLE ANNOUNCES NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, May 28, 2010 – Megacable Holdings, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Megacable”; BMV: MEGA.CPO) announced today that the Company has named Mr. Luis Antonio Zetter Zermaño as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, joining the company on May 24, 2010.
Prior to joining Megacable, Mr. Zetter was the North American Director of Finance, Operations, Human Resources and IT for Schneider Electric, while also holding various senior positions in finance and operations for Tata Consulting Services and Hewlett Packard Mexico. Throughout his career, Mr. Zetter has obtained extensive experience in finance, accounting, information technology (IT), human resources and sales in various capacities within the electronic, consulting, IT, automotive and food sectors.
Mr. Luis Antonio Zetter received a Bachelor Degree in Public Accounting from the Universidad de Guadalajara (U. de G.), holds an MBA from the Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM) and completed the D1 Senior Management Program at the Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (IPADE).
Based on his prior experience, Mr. Zetter will be focused on maintaining Megacable’s solid financial structure, maximizing the Company’s profitability.
